It’s been a while since I have been learning, practising, exploring the world of fitness and body building. I have spent the last 17 years in various gyms, in different countries, I have tried, probably, all the popular training systems, spent a fortune on testing most of the legally available dietary supplements and have talked to, given advice to loads of people, who were on the same path as myself. The purpose of this blog is to give you a tool, or at least a direction through the ocean of, in many cases, conflicting guidance.
